It has been mentioned to me that both probiotics and Enzymes( bromelain, etc) can improve digestive health and all its cascading issues. Anyone have any experiences taking both of these or recommendations they would like to share?

well about half of the ladies in my church are drinking plexus, probo 5 and bio cleanse. they are dropping weight and feel great and are not changing their eating habits. They say they don't have any cravings for certain foods any more. ??? To expensive for my budget at this time, so if I needed to I could not join them.

Advanced Enzyme System "Rainbow Light". Assists the probiotics. Lots of probiotics out there. One I use is Healthy Origins Probiotis 30 Billion CFU'S, 8 strains. The more strains the better. Get mine from Amazon. When I was on antibiotics, my son got me "Garden of Life", Women 50 & Wiser, 85 billion cultures and 33 strains. The more the better. If need to cut due to costs, do research and find those that will address your issues. Mom and I posted about these last week. And of course, I can't find it. Beware of dosage. Some require 3/daily and also note those that should be refrigerated as they're "raw".

Yes, I meant to come back and add to what Classic Rocker had posted. I have started taking the "Rainbow Light" and the "Garden of Life, Women 50 & older" but I haven't been taking the prescribed amounts. I have lost some weight but the reasons I began taking it was due to horrible acid reflux caused my my hiatal hernia which might have been caused by IBS-D, which my gastroenterologist says I have. My digestive system is a mess. The probiotics and enzymes seem to be relieving some of my issues. I feel so much better.
