Saw the doctor last week, I need to change my diet and start exercising or she will have to put me on cholesterol medication. Since my husband had his pacemaker put in his diet had to change, more carbs less protein which is totally opposite of how I was eating. So I am going back to my low carb diet for me and he will eat his carbs and we will both be healthy. So for me the low carb diet was actually lowering my bad cholesterol and making my good cholesterol higher who knew?

It's a win, win, you take his protein, give him your carbs.....no waste of food. Reminds me of the jack sprat limerick....Jack Sprat could eat no fat and his wife could eat no lean, so between them both your see...they licked the platter clean! LOL
