Dancing is a great wirkout. I recently started Zumba & track the calories I burn via Google watch. There are 2 types of dancing listed as workouts on FS. One is pole dancing, I can't remember the other, but pole dancing comes closer to the calories I burn, so that's what I logged it as. Just a heads up for anyone who might be 🧐 at my journal. 🤣
