Have a cup-cake. Form it from a small roast and roast it slowly in the oven with dried mustard mixed with a little butter over it. It will look like chocolate icing once it's done. Bon Appétit!

Aww dude I don't think I can do red meat lol. I can eat chicken now without gagging lol and I tried a sausage a couple weeks ago. All the boys in my house would be all over that though. I need something, all this desk work is killing me. I may try a run later, dont tell my ortho....

Yup, just getting out and doing something physical might help if you're bogged down with desk/paperwork. I can only take so much of it before I go bonkers.

You new photo is great! I read today's roundup posts and everyone has had a bleh day. Physically mine was bleh ... otherwise, it was productive. My FitBit was on the charger so I didn't join the daily challenge. Hugs! It's gonna get better.
