Sometime over the last few weeks I've lost my drive to lose. I have it back. Time to push again. I've been a bit lazy. Walking but not hitting my goal, maybe 2000 under or allowing myself 2 servings of peanut butter cups(reeses sugar free). I've been losing but not that much, clothes are still fitting better. It will stop, I am back.

What you're talking about is IMO the normal ebb and flow of the journey. Just keep on the plan, step it up if you're ready to do that again. You can do it.

The last few time I felt like this I stopped. That will NOT happen this time. It's time to push again.

Go for it Rose! Do you need to think of a short-term goal for extra motivation?

Nope, I'm back on track. I'll probably skip my free food day this month though. I don't need the temptation.
