1/2 lb gone as expected but i did overate by 500 kcal yesterday . I will sharpen it up a bit today and shoot for 1500 kcal max / stop being a bad lad lol . Aching like a son of a gun after 2 days of ultra high reps at gym , today is gentle cardio - gentle walking on treadmill maybe a stroll around town afterwards . have a good one people stay strong :)
