My weight has been unfortunately staying the same, but since I have been eating what my husband has been eating on his heart diet I have been gaining belly fat. Yikes I can’t believe what a schmoo I’ve become. Today I started walking agin and I will be taking the dog for a walk before supper. No more pasta and potatoes until I lose this midriff. I took all my body part inches so I have a starting point. Oh did a mention all the hard candy that has been going into my mouth. Enough is enough. My husband is nice and thin but me not so much. Today is the first day and I will do this.
