For the past two or three days I'm finding it harder and harder to keep to my diet. I've decided to have one of my free days today. A bunch of us are getting together to watch some movies and pig out. Usually I don't do the pigging out...but when I'm having difficultly only eating a half cup of cottage cheese....there's a problem. I'm gonna get this splurge outta me before it messes me up every day.

That's a good idea... I find if I can kill the craving before it gets out of hand, it ends up costing me a lot less calories. Great that you're recognizing this and doing something about it! Just remember - stay accountable - just record what you eat - no judgment - you might find you ate less this time than the last time, or more... it's just good to know you're tracking it and can see how your "free days" might compare month to month!

I agree on trying to count what you eat, to the best of your knowledge. The last day I had a "blow it" day, even though I wasn't expecting it, it really showed me why I gained so much weight. It made it easier to get back on track. Yes, I had to fight carb/sugar overload, but at least I didn't turn it into a two month eatfest that caused me to gain 15 lbs back. :/ I agree with Brandy. No judgment. Hope you have a great night!
