Started my fast at 6 PM on Sunday the 9th, leading up to it I kept my carbs at 6%, had a great nights sleep, hit the floor this morning and did my yoga stretches followed by the 10 minute shoulder dumbbells' workout, hopped on the bike and pedaled for 20 minutes, covering 6.7 miles. Now for coffee and actually getting dressed and going for a walk with the dogs. It's a brand new day, the sun is shining and I am marching forward with a can-do attitude and a profound thankfulness for my gift of sight and the ability to move again!!! Fast On Warriors!!!
