6 day of my 30 day isagenix program. Yesterday I was on a cleanse day where you don't eat any solid foods but the cleansing supplements and snacks from the program which helps forces your body to release toxins. I did well all day up to 6 pm where I went to a fathers day BBQ at a family friends. They are down right Italian that "not eating" is not even an option. So I caved in and had 1 hot dog, 1 hamburger, and dinner I had a bit of pasta, ribs, steak, rice, plantain, asparagus.. Obviously smaller portions of each. and then they made homemade ice cream cake which I had a small piece. I still obviously ate under my calories since that's that only 2 meals I ate all day... but I am disappointed that I didn't stick witht he program and not eat at all... but I technically fasted from 6pm Saturday night all the way till 6 pm sunday night...so I did have a 24 hour semi fast. I wont over think it. I am doing the 2nd cleanse day today. Hopefully I can stick it out until tomorrow. I do wish I just could have some eggs right now...but water and the isa-snacks are my options

Sounds brutal! Always good to have Italian friends...hey wait, I am Italian. I know how to cook but avoid it until special occasions! Too many carbs!

haha it was too many carbs! it was the first day I had pasta in a long time. I have pasta only on occasions and only in small amounts.. but they had good lean meats so I tried to fill up on that :)
