Are you in the hospital? You know there are people that enjoy using needles in places like this. Care to share?

McDonalds strikes again! In all seriousness, Manatee, I’m glad it wasn’t fatal and that you’re getting care. Family (human & cow) need you 💚

Amen JB. Also a history of heart issues from both sides. Maternal grandfather passed away with heart attack at 52, an uncle at 54. Dad side he and an uncle have had leaky heart valves. No damage done to the heart muscle. One of the arteries was completely blocked. Had a stint put in the blocked artery. On blood thinners and aspirin. Heart is very strong from the ultrasound they took. I may have more energy now the clogged artery is full open. My arms are pin pads and very sore. Walked almost half a mile last night in hallways till I was short of breath. Did not sleep well last night.

I had a widow maker heart attack in 2013 at the age of 57 I had a 99% blockage and had one stint I cried all day the next couple of days. My feelings were everywhere. I too, had a strong family history of heart disease along with being overweight. It sounds like you are doing great considering everything. I highly recommend cardiac rehab if it’s possible. It gave me confidence to see that I could exercise without fear and live a good life.
