A Good time to try to identify what's different about your diet and eating habits and to incorporate that into home lifestyle 👍

Anne are you suggesting it's hit and miss?

Not at all, Chesty. But if you can identify what you are doing wrong and what you are doing right you will be ahead of the game.

🤣🤣this trail! Very good points Anne and Chestnut. It’s a trend I’ve noticed over several years now. I lose weight when I go to see my parents. I think it’s because my family are generally healthy eaters - so usually grilled or steamed, a drizzle of olive oil and the odd stir fry. But anything deep fried is an occasional treat. We always have plenty of fresh fruit with every meal, so not a lot of craving for cakes or chocolates. And even if we have sweets or pastries it’s always at tea time only. When I’m home I just fall into my parents’ way of eating - 3 meals and tea time and no snacking in between. Breakfasts and dinners are quite light, with lunch being the heaviest meal. But when I get back to work, I usually gravitate towards my friendly deliveroo which destroys all progress😅!

Thats interesting, Suma. You seem very aware of why you lost weight when you were away. But, back in the real world, lack of time, too tired to cook and deliveroo steps into the breach.
