Hoping to tire my puppy out, my son and I took him for a walk. It was a little over a mile but in the Florida sun it felt a lot longer. It doesn't count as exercise yet because I haven't reached my steps for today yet. Once I do anything over my goal it becomes my exercise for the day. Monday I up my steps for my vivofit 2. It will go up 1000 steps per day for my goal. Then after 2 weeks it gets moved up again. I'm getting more active a little at a time. Getting a new puppy really helps me move more. I still miss my old baby. After 16 years she left us. I did realize after 16 years of a dog in my life I needed a dog in my life, it took 4 months to get Bentley after Clio passed.
