I did make it to the gym, my workout felt good. I love going to the gym, it makes me feel good! Also should hit 10,000 steps today, almost there.

I stopped in Cargo Largo, this odd store that has bits of everything but often dry organic food ie: flour. pasta. whole grains at a big discount. I bought a few things there and also 2 pair of avani yoga pants as I can't wear jeans next week to work, I have to do business casual instead of usual jeans, everything but one pair falls off of me. One is an extra small, could not believe it! they should work.
