Yeah I had to completely refocus towards the end. I got distracted by my fitness goals and totally blew my eating plan. June is a new month.

OK, Alpha, that sounds pretty good...can I encourage you to "Contemplate" what it would take to actually move to the action stage of exercise?? lol I mean "contemplation" is good....but "action" is even better??? Right????

June is a new month!!! half way through the year. A god time to re-commit to goals. I was back in the gym today first time since the 3rd week in march, when I got sick. Felt good.

I wouldn't look at May as wasted- more like a learning lesson :) You stayed the same weight wise, and your food choices were no where near what you would have chosen before December. I so love your goals for June- I'm on board w/you! The exercising will be the hardest for me :( Sooo many excuses NOT to do it-lol!
