Dear Lord, Easter bunny, tooth fairy ,Santa and ObiWan... please give me strength tonite, the scale is tipping in the right direction and I don't want to screw it up tonite with my mindless munching. I'm not cheating at all but i caught myself wanting to eat last nite just to eat bc i wasn't even hungry. It pissed me off and i gave in and had a few more strawberries and a few nuts and another diet soda. I know that's not bad, but I just don't know why I had the urge to eat even though i wasn't hungry.I actually got up and walked into my kitchen like 3 times. I think that since i added some more carbs and I went thru that rough patch the last two weeks and with TOM and cheating my will power went out the window. I've worked my butt off this week at the gym and I don't want to blow it. Posting it here and putting it out there makes it real for me.. and I have a way better chance of success where as if I don't say anything, I start to rationalize why its ok to have a little more of this or that and its usually high carb items like cashews and strawberries.Everyone here knows me, I'm not one of these crazy obsessed dieters that logs gum or mouthwash,I just want to be where I was 2-3 weeks ago with no cravings and not eating late nite. Since Sunday is my night to watch tv, the risk is there for me, I think my problem is I am not having my 5 smalls meals and only eating 3 and a snack.I need to stick to what works..... OK RANT OVER. I got a nice Italian dinner salad planned with some chicken breast and will plan on having my string cheese and cucumbers ready and if all else fails, I do have a bag of pork skins.... thanks for listening ..

I had to literally sit on my hands at the Mexican restaurant yesterday so that I would not have any tortilla chips. I am not joking.... And then last night I had to literally go to bed so that I could avoid the kitchen temptation. I even got out of bed a couple of times and had to make myself go back. I truly understand when the food demons call. You have done such a great job in losing your first 30...and yes, as many have written this week, stick to what works! If it is five small meals, do it! If it is tying your hands behind you back, do it! Do whatever it takes....you are afterall a winner!

You are doing great - funny but I seemed extra hungry this weekend, too. My hubby bought nice cherries - but they are high carb fruit so I had to limit myself to 5 or6...very very hard.

I don't don't know about the Easter Bunny or Santa, but surely Obi Wan didn't let you down. Keep rocking it Red!!!
