Thanks otb! It was. I made the dressing using a raspberry balsamic vinegar, spices and honey Dijon mustard. 😋 

Thank you Mer. 💖 Meals like this aren't just tasty, but I feel so much better afterwards, than when I eat a meal that is processed. The procedure was to seal up some holes in my retina. We had gone for new eyeglasses and of course the doctor found something on my retina. Joe was fine. 🙄 We had to go to Tucson to see a specialist, 3+ hours away. The doctor ended up freezing the holes. It felt like ice cream was being injected into my eye. My eye was looking like it was semon possessed for over a week! 😈😄 I went for follow-up appt and the holes are sealed, so all is well. It was just a bit weird, because I have never had anything like that done to my eyes before.  

That sounds so scary, Becca. Glad you are on the other side of it and recovering well! Your meal looks amazing and delicious! Hope you continue to feel better!🤗💕 

Oh Nikki, thank you. 💕 You're such a sweetheart. It was a bit of a whirlwind situation. Went in for new glasses, appointment made for the specialist for the next day and the day after that Joe left to attend a friend's memorial service in California, then he comes home after a week and we go back for follow-up appointment. Poor Joe was either in Tucson or driving through it 5 times within 10 days. I am just thankful that the procedure was successful. 😊 

I am so happy that you were in good hands and it was all successful, Becca! And poor Joe having to drive so much, but I'm sure you two always take good care of each other. Take care! xxx

Oh sweet Becky. I’m behind on all this news. Not reading much on fs these days. Busy work season and a lot of working out the past 12 weeks. We must catch up!!!

Aww, thank you StormsGirl. I'm just thankful that the doctor caught it and sent me to the specialist. I wasn't even supposed to see the eye doctor until May, but there was a cancelation and we got in a couple months early. Apparently holes in the retina can turn into tears, which then require surgery.
