I did some meal prepping for the week except somehow I forgot Friday 🤦♀️ but for Monday Tuesday and Wednesday I’m having overnight oats made w unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1T pb for breakfast and chicken w spinach, Fage 0 and salsa for lunch. May add a keto tortilla.
