Day one, week three C25K goes from 90 second jogs to THREE MINUTE jogs! What? Granted, it was only two cycles of - 90 second jog then 90 second walk, 3 minute jog then 3 minute walk. And guess what? I did it! So proud of me. I have always walked, but never maintained a jog, so 3 minutes was a lifetime for me! The great thing about this journey? I'm getting better everyday in more ways than one.
