Hello FS friends. Just a short (hopefully) update. I reset my goal weight for another 10 pounds. It may take awhile to reach, but I am okay with that. I'm no longer logging, counting calories or weighing everyday. I am eating real food and cut out high carbs and of course refined carbs and sugar. Also, eating within a 4 - 6 hour window. Started taking some vitamins. All in all I am feeling a lot better. Not in pain, like I used to be. Sleep is better overall too. I haven't been super strict with the eating, but when I feel like having sugary or carby foods, I think about the pain I might be feeling later and that keeps me from indulging or I simply plan on eating something sugary and/or carby, knowing I will have to lay-low the next day. So far, this plan is working for me. I hope everyone is in a good place, feeling strong and confident in where they are headed and how they are getting there. 💕

Thank you Kat and Wifey! 💕 It seems so simple when I am doing it right. I want to make this a habit before we start visiting and getting together with friends and family in a few months.

that's great that you changed what you eat, it doesn't feel good hurting all the time.

My Becky, I am so happy you’re not experiencing pain, what a blessing!!🤗 I am also eating in a window 🪟 and once you get use to it you’re not hungry after the window closes. There were cupcakes at work and I wasn’t even interested, I’d walk by them and think to myself how easy and how uninterested I am now in them. Thank goodness! Blessings!💕

Thank you, cstrutz. Learning how to stick with it when around other people and social situations is what I need to work on, unless I want to live the life of a hermit. 😁

Buenita, yes, so true. When I am in pain, it really does affect so many aspects of my life. 😕

Sweetness, eating in a short window of time really does help limit mindless eating. Glad you were able to avoid those cupcakes. Good job! 💖
