I was out and about today (as usual running many errands) and I got hungry. Water was not cutting it, I needed something to eat. I stopped at Whole Foods and grabbed some salad from their salad buffet. I really liked their red pepper dressing and now I need to go back and find it. 3 carbs wasn't too bad for it. I just wish they had real bacon bits instead of soy ones. I normally do not shop there, the prices are really high but the salad bar was super reasonable. It was only about 3 dollars for a nice, healthy salad. Once in a while I go and get the stuff I can't find anywhere else.

Great choice! Sure beats the McDonald's drive-thru, which I had to hit today for the same reason -- hungry due to doing too much! I also chose a salad (the little side salad) but it tasted awful and I'm sure was sprayed with chemical preservatives. It did fill me up long enough to finish my errands and get home, though. You made a much better choice, and I applaud you! I will try to remember your strategy the next time I am in that situation! You rock!!!!
