my trigger finger is getting itchy .. had a sh!t day so far and just keep thinking about cookies.. now that i type it out , it looks pretty ridiculous. Trying to stay strong today, push thru it and get my butt to the gym. The cheating I did last week brought on a onset of craving that are killing me, especially late night and add in some stress for a lethal combination.. Im glad my car is still in the shop otherwise I would have been at the DQ. Came to this site to post my concern bc once I give it a name, its out in the open.. Pulled out the old reliable pork skins and that stopped my urge to munch, for now..I need to suck it up, grab the bull by the horns and be the hammer today!! and i cross my finger and toes these craving go away soon or imma have to stick my head in a sink full of cold water. GO ME LOL bahahahaah

After getting down to a wonderful weight you just can't have an "itchy finger!" Yes, stick your head in a bucket of cold water if necessary but don't undo any of your awesome progress. You are strong!!!!

You can do it! Just think about how close you are to being out of the 200's. It will be such a good feeling when you get there. I know from experience. ;)

Red you are doing great :) when you said trigger finger I thought you were wanting to go shoot, and sometimes when a craving comes up like a cookie, just have one cookie to kill the craving. I think the more you deny yourself the food you crave the more it will cause you to binge at some point, just my thoughts

Thanks Rockies and thats solid advice for sure.. I begged my Mr for some fajitas tonite and shared my feeling with my family for support. I think I am gonna walk up to the market and get something low carb to kill the crave with, even if its some darn bars.. its better then nothing. And some stuff for fat bombs till I push thru this mess and maybe a diet soda.This is war and I need my ammunition and like Jonathan says, I will be the hammer!!! muahahahahahaha... oh and I will kill two birds with one stone bc I will get some steps in too. (insert smiley face here) hehe

LOL...But mostly serious...If I would have been willing. to put my head in a sink full of cold water a couple of years ago...I would have avoided a 60lb. ReGain....so if you have to make THAT CHOICE...DO IT!!! We will take a collection and buy you a couple of NEW towels... Just DO NOT let cravings win...OK???...:)
