Not a bad day overall I suppose. I got 8 miles in before the thunderstorms set in. I need to find out how to deal with jiggly thighs chafing, yikes it hurts. Totally blew my eating this morning. The kids brought me coffee and coffee rolls. I felt slightly sick the rest of the day so I didn't eat much else so at least I stayed under RDI. I can't believe that I used to love those. Hope everyone had a nice relaxing weekend.
