Not a bad day overall I suppose. I got 8 miles in before the thunderstorms set in. I need to find out how to deal with jiggly thighs chafing, yikes it hurts.
Totally blew my eating this morning. The kids brought me coffee and coffee rolls. I felt slightly sick the rest of the day so I didn't eat much else so at least I stayed under RDI. I can't believe that I used to love those.
Hope everyone had a nice relaxing weekend.

I've been going through the same thing when I may eat "unfriendly" diet foods. I get sick. I'm thankful for it though or else.

Oh the sacrifices we make for our children! Maybe next Mother's Day you could hint that you'd really love (fill in the blank)for breakfast.

That's cause your kids love ya :) For the jiggly thigh thing gets some spandex or compression shorts
