I have a hard time finding enough protein.....I'm just not a meaty person....I do the powders, the bars, the yogurt....I still think I'm a little low....you'll fall into a rhythm :)

Some days it is all in balance, some days I don't even come close to balance! It is hard. :)

It is hard for me to fit in the protein. So many sites have really confusing info on the amount of protein that is necessary for nutrition, lose weight and keep muscle. Government site says 46 grams for a woman, other sites 1 to .8 grams per pound of weight. At my weight that is a lot of protein!! Love veggies and fruit but those carbs add up quickly for me too! Good luck finding the good balance place in your WOE.

For low carb I simply could not eat all that animal protein without feeling sick to my stomach all the time. I feel so much better with my controlled calorie plan with meat added in here and there. I pay lots of attention to complementary proteins. You will find what fits you. Sometimes it's hard. It was for me.
