EACH Day of My Vacation Trip, I Make a Commitment to Stay On My Food Plan. (Calories and Low Carb)
So, this is my Monday entry early because I am traveling to a kayak-camping trip in Florida for six days, and they provide the meals.
I am bringing protein shakes, protein chips (Quest), and some protein bars. This will help me get what I need while eating just the fruits and veggies they may offer.
It is not likely I will be able to post here, but plan to write down my food so I can add it when I get home. I am really determined to be accountable!
It comes down to one thing; how bad do you want it?

* Walk, bicycle and kayak for the joy of movement
* Down on the Idiot Box to meet my goal weight while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 8-10 cups of fresh water/fluids daily
