STUCK revolving around the same weight for most of January because my macros are not exactly where I want them. February will require some changes to move the Idiot Box.
I will increase the protein, moderate the fat, and try for lower carbs from fruits and veggies which seems to work best for me despite CICO (around 750-1000)

Made a batch of mashed cauiflower with garlic powder, herbs and some butter. It is a great replacement for the baked potato urge.
TRAVEL TRAVEL TRAVEL is coming! Florida on a kayak trip with my club all next week, and the following week in Nashville for work. I will get groceries during the work trip and will be able to do good self-care.
