180lbs. The size is coming back quickly. I guess muscle memory is a real thing.

@Supergainz, thanks! I'm trying to catch up to you! You have much more strength than me. Seems like my size is coming back faster than my strength. BTW, I saw some of your vids on Tiktok. I'm new to that place but I hit follow and it looks like it accepts it and then doesn't next time I open app. I should upload my ugly 225 squat yesterday. Omg, it was bad. Lower back gave on way up and I had to take a step forward. Lol

Great job, I read an article about muscle memory being a real thing! Just finished my first ever real lean bulk, it felt amazing to workout in a slight surplus of calories. I was really heavy when I started and after losing the weight was always nervous to eat in a slight surplus. Keep it up! 👍🏻💪🏻

@OTB, my first big bulk was almost 6 years ago. It was a "dirty bulk" only because I started bulking before I was lean. I went from 17ish to 23ish BF. I ended up at 212lbs and only stopped due to the tendon rupture. So this quick growth is clearly because it is regrowth. I don't know when it will slow down because I'm still smaller than I was but I'm leaner. It will probably slow down after another few pounds. @Kenny, look into the muscle memory. I haven't found a good source to cite yet. But I've read some online articles stating you can rebuild muscle in as little as 1/10 of the time it took to grow it originally. That would be insane.

Lol, I'm not counting on 1/10 of the time. But even 1/3 would be cool. The downside is that my quads were lacking even back then. So not much muscle memory for those little guys.

Muscle memory is totally real, the last time I quit lifting and got chubby I actually ended up heavier and way leaner once I got back into the routine.

So my calves are 1" bigger than upper arms. And my forearms are same size as upper arms. According to online genetic potential (hieght, wrist & ankle size), my calves and forearms are already more than maxed out. My quads and upper arms still have another 2" & 1" to go. Lol
