Lunch was chowder, protein drink, half protein bar. Dinner is a big salad and 1.5 slice combo pizza. Dessert will be marionberry birthday pie and/or German chocolate birthday cake. Not my birthday but I will enjoy 😊

Ginome thank you. Celebrating for youngest. I guess dessert is getting pushed to tomorrow. Half the house fell asleep 😂 Now I need to hear about that shawarma!! All details please 😃

I see, Happy Birthday to the young man than🎁🍰🎉👏👏👏. Haha, I got from the arab/turkish stall, not too sure😅. They speak local very well but doesn't look like one🤭. The white sauce looks like mayo but actually made out of garlic. Overall I love it, 😋tasty and different from what I used to. Maybe will post about it later.

Ummah I usually eat stuff I like and have lost weight. My lunch and dinner were about 1300 cals. I would’ve stopped there if I was still trying to lose. In maintenance so I add another.. ended up with pb&j not cake. 😁 My RDI is set at 1900 now but I don’t force myself to eat it and don’t starve myself. It’s all about CICO 👍

Yeah totally agree so that's the way to be, eat only when hungry,u have more will power than me,that's y I keep,well try to keep unhealthy goodies out the house because I'd eat it all

Ummah I have snacky days where I’m just bored and the IF helps a bit with that. I try to keep the heavy treats (like cake lol) to ever so often and I enjoy them more. I don’t keep Doritos around bc those are my complete weakness. I get what you’re sayin 😊
