Hmm, did a decent leg workout yesterday and 2:15 incline walk. Hit 136oz water. Gained a pound. The water must be in the leg muscles. They are sore and feel swollen. Pizza Friday and then Italian restaurant tomorrow. Lots of salt and calories coming.
