Yay Friday, but I have a slightly challenging weekend regarding food: 1) Taco Bar luncheon at work - I plan on having a lot of salad and a little protein, but I'm told there will be turkey and maybe chicken as well, so I can avoid the beef. 2) A friend's daughter is becoming a Bat Mitzvah - huge luncheon at the synagogue after services, but I can plan ahead since I will know what most of the foods will be, I just have to stick to the plan. 3) Bat Mitzvah party - no idea what the food will be, but I have been to this country club before and the food is wonderful. I have no idea what I will do. Normal weigh-in day is Sunday, so I have some incentive. Monday starts the challenges so if I gain I can use them to get back on track. Have a great weekend people!!
