Veterans Day Dinner today at the American Legion. I made the roast beef and gravy for 30 people. Everything homemade for our guys. Can’t wait to eat. Busy week next week I volunteer 2 days next week at the hospital gift shop meet with a vendor to order stuff for spring and summer. Husband getting ready for deer hunting. Have to make chicken enchiladas for the guys and cheesy potato chowder. Having company this Tuesday making lasagna. I’m already tired. After next week I can rest for 4 days.
