Pleased that filling in more calories has led to still losing. Mainly focused on getting enough protein and watching the sneaky fats. 🥰

I see you’re vegetarian.. do you use any protein supplements? I have a terrible time if I’m not adding in whey isolate and I’m just a light meat eater.

I do. I get protein powder from true nutrition as their prices seem reasonable and you can customize. I recently got garden of life chocolate veggie protein mix and it’s not bad, specially if you mix it with a mock milk and coffee. As I’m not vegan, I also try to eat 2 eggs daily and started eating more Greek yogurt for smoothies. It requires a bit of planning, specially to be in a caloric deficit.

The customizing is pretty cool. Thx I like to try new flavors and finding deals. Delivery can take awhile here so I try to start shopping around early. Lol
