A co worker at lunchtime told me she notices the healthy, small portions I eat for lunch everyday, and she wishes she had the willpower that I have! It's so nice to be a positive influence on someone!

1200 kcal Fat: 39.85g | Prot: 64.19g | Carb: 159.78g.   Breakfast: 2% Fat Milk, Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Cereal Bar - Blueberry. Lunch: Fried Breaded or Floured Pork Chop (Lean and Fat Eaten), Mustard, White Bread, Del Monte Diced Peaches in 100% Juice, Applesauce with Sugar. Dinner: Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mission Foods Flour Tortillas Soft Taco Size, Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Green Giant Steamed Mixed Vegetables (Frozen). Snacks/Other: Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Original Crackers, Del Monte Diced Peaches in Cups, Applesauce, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee. more...
