Happy, happy Thursday to you! I am happy today! The weather is beautiful and after months, the contractor will be finishing today!🎉🎉 I love to walk! I bet it is a great podcast. That’s nice they give you smartbucks. It seems like it is a nice place to live with a lot of fun stuff always going on!👍 Glad you are up to your workouts today! You must be feeling better. They hand out what they call smart bucks here…each month for all the time you spend doing an activity…example…I do an hour workout in my room…30 days= 30 smart bucks…each activity one does you collect smart bucks…then when they have auctions…you use those as money…to bid with on what you want…each smart buck=10.00 dollars…great..if you like auctions….I’m not an auction lover….

Walking is very underrated. All of my cardio is walking. I went from sedentary to walking daily. My waist went from 38.5" to 32.5" in 100 days. My fatty liver disease is no longer an issue. My liver enzymes, A1C, lipids, and all of my labs are ideal for a man 20 years younger.
You don't have to run or do HIIT to lose weight or get healthy. A slight calorie deficit and daily walks can change your life.

And if you are able to time your walk to happen about an hour after eating each meal, that will be a very positive thing for your blood sugar.
