My girlfriend and I was talking about how I can go without supper….i broke it down like this..her last meal is 5 pm..her first is 7am…so I told her she’s actually doing close to what I do…then it wasn’t hard for her to get it…she to has started releasing weight…she is seeing..that I do understand how how to much desert on a regular basis..does add the weight on…..She trying to get back into a pair of jeans…
She has a doctors appointment this morning…so we are headed to that this morning…might be a stop at golden coral for lunch…least we both are on same page as far as healthier food…not a drive thru….
Talked with nurse here yesterday..she was going to listen to a podcast I sent her…she has released a lot of weight since I first moved in…a total transformation…I seen her before the release of weight…wow….
Well….things to do…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive Tuesday
A rainy one at that….been doing a morning walk after breakfast…looking forward to that outside…the purpose mainly is to build my confidence in being able to walk outside…and not feeling off balance..due to eyes…
Not snacking..really hits me about 230-300pm in the afternoon…but I’ve been on track ..with it…and I’m seeing the benefits from it…
Enjoyed some vitamin d yesterday afternoon..so nice…

My girlfriend wants to release weight to fit in jeans…so…I set a challenge with her…I would quite snacking….she cuts out deserts…and lower carb intake…carb intake she already watches…but deserts…lol….i have to say…not snacking..is like cutting the carbs…but I’m starting my 3 rd day clean….the cake..ice cream..pies..I quit along time ago…so easy for me to pass by..but snacking…it’s hard….and when I snack..I’m not hungry..I just need to nibble on something…
Rain headed this way for some of the day..
Been sleeping wiping window open…nice…..
Well….time to get the ☕️…mmmmm…
