just so very stressed right now with so many factors it just keeps building with all that is going on and to make things better I've been using all the wrong coping methods for my stress i need to stop using food to cope with stress every time I'm stressed i reach for the comfort foods and after i feel better about the other causes of stress i step on the scale the next morning and it starts all over again i need to find a way to break this cycle and get my self on track :(
