I ate fairly healthy over the weekend. Though the workouts were really non-existant. Working out tonight to get back into the week. Someone actually asked me if I was loosing weight. I can't believe someone noticed. That was encouraging. By the way, I fit the 36 waist jeans... though a bit snug, but they fit with ease. Wonder why my weight isn't down under 240 by now though??

Remember muscle weighs more than fat, you could of gained muscles mass and lost fat which will have you fitting into smaller clothes, but could be the same weight on the scale. Also water retention could be a component too.
