First long run in awhile! So proud of this 43 year old body! Week 2 of just not letting it be “optional” and making a (very hard) decision to get moving 🏃‍♀️

This is an older Apple Watch I use with my iPhone ! Works well to track steps/miles/other workouts ❤️ Before that I had a garmin watch that used gps to track my runs.

Hmm, I'm hoping the HR isn't accurate. Average of 183bpm is a bit high.

thank you all for your support, unfortunately that is my heart rate since having covid last February, I developed exercise induced asthma and the struggle has been real, but its slowly getting better! I am really concentrating on eating healthy and getting back in shape to hopefully overcome whatever damage that covid did. looking forward to the heart rate numbers going in a much better direction.
