Well after all the festivals and picnics it’s time to buckle down and start eating healthy. Threw out all the snacks and junk foods. New start today. Was lax walking the dog, poor big guy. I’m kind of nervous cause bow season started and bear hunting is in full swing. I do have a neon yellow vest I wear when we walk and he has a yellow vest, we should be ok. EAT TO LIVE NOT LIVE TO EAT
