Ok, the weekend was my downfall. Calorie intake was too high. Must be careful not to start a habit by overeating again. Temptation sucks.

I agree with you! Temptation does suck. I had that experience at the Jersey shore this weekend. I was walking plenty, yet stuffing my face lol. Everything just looked way too good......gained about two pounds (not sure if it's actual weight or water weight, but 2 pounds nonetheless), and I am back on the horse today :) I love this forum.
