My dad is an avid fisherman. Grew up eating fresh caught dolphin, grouper, snapper and snook. This store bought trout was the best fish I’ve ever had. It’s a bit pricey at $11 a lb but so worth it! I think I need to start fishing here in NC lol

I’ve had snapper piccata which is very good but this Trout is so flavorful I bet it would be amazing!
