I have allowed myself to fall back into some very bad habits. My joints are aching badly especially my lower back secondary to an auto accident on 11/20/21. PT has helped but I must look to limit inflammation via better food choices and better body mechanics. I will try cutting out simple carbs and continue with swimming and stretching.

@jenjabba Yeah I'm still running 15 miles a week :) However deadlifting 250lbs in the gym twice a week does things to my body that running can't do 🤣 - - I mostly run for the 'mental benefits' We are doing great (finally mentally recovered from the COVID lockdowns) Take Care!
