Made it to the gym twice in one week. First time that has happened since April. Restarting sure is difficult. Especially when so much other stuff in life is pulling me in all different directions. I am having to focus and carve out the time to go to the gym. I need to re prioritize gym and fitness a bit higher on my to do list. It makes other things go a bit easier when I am feeling better about myself.
