Week one tomorrow omg I wanna triple cheeseburger right now at quarter to 9pm. Ack. Wine didn’t help. Oh well so far today I’m at a deficit, I’ve done my 10k steps I didn’t have any beer. 🥰 no more food tonight maybe. Black coffee and off to bed at 10. More water plz. 😂 oh why do I do this to myself?? I’m 44 I’d like to be 144lbs and gain a lb every year :-) bahahahaha. Geesh.

It is so hard sometimes. For me, I seem to think of "diet" as restrictive and then when I drop the weight, I eat again. A bad pattern, so now I try to stay with the idea of portion control on everything

I’m trying that too, just going to try and eat mindfully. I have 4 goals: no beer, lots of water, mindful eating and at least 10k steps. 🤞🏻
