Actual starting weight was 476. First weigh in today; after 1 week, down to 458 pounds. Lost 18 pounds in 1st week.

Lost 3.78% of body weight
BMI dropped to 65.7
No soda for 7 days
No alcohol for 10 days
Did not cheat on diet for 7 days
