Day 4 - Sticking with the program. i am not on a diet, I am changing my life to develop better, lifelong habits.
Did very well at the Industry Board meeting last night; did not drink any beer & ate a small steak with green beans, no potato.
My starting BMI is 66.4 My goal BMI is a maximum of 27.8
