So I exercised yesterday again after around 3 months of being close almost a couch potato - or a social butterfly to describe it better. Not sure what to think, it was not good, it was not too bad; it definitely could have been better but I also do not want to push myself too hard on the first days. On the other hand, I want to hurry up and lose these horrible 5 kg I got over these months, ASAP.
