Recovering from a nasty UTI. I was(am) worried about overdoing it and making it worse, but I waited too damn long to be able to use my little stair stepper so I pulled it out and did another 500 steps. Not very much, but I figure I will work my way up slowly.

Thanks! Starting to feel better. The hardest part was foregoing coffee for several days to avoid the acidity.

I take an AZO Cranberry capsule daily to help ward off those evil little b@$+@rd$....I hope you get to feeling better soon. Also if you in need of hurried relief...baking soda (2tbls) and 8-10 oz water mix together drink... or of course cranberry juice.

I might have to try the capsules as preventive measures. I drank an entire bottle of cranberry juice over 3 days when the first signs popped up, but it was a stubborn beyotch and I ended up in the ER last Wed night. I hate to do antibiotics, but they were necessary this time.
