REST. And Lots of it! I had that exact feeling Saturday afternoon...came home from Xmas party and slept for 5 hours, then up for about an hour and back to sleep. Slept nearly 17 hours total. Crazy. There is just so much stuff floating around out there -- you have to do your best and make the best decisions for you to beat it!
