Another day at a time. Need to lift my head. I do not need to be looking down at mind's eye recollection of my mornings' scale check. I have a wonderful life. Whenever I look straight out or look up. I am surprised
at the feelings of peace or or of excitement. (Two of my favorite feelings). Then I am grateful. I know, I know, TMI💞
151.8 lb Lost so far: 93.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
